The website I chose to use was Craigslist. I have used it before to find jobs and I generally find what I am looking for. It does have a very amateur, scattered kind of feel to it but it's not to o difficult to navigate through. I have more technical ability in 3D modeling/animation then with 2D digital art but I also am interested in and enjoy the conceptual aspects of computer graphics.
